Join Charm City Cakes decorator and Food Network ‘Cake Masters’ cast member Alyssa as she walks you through the steps in creating this shimmering and sparkly cake design.
Students will each receive their own pre-baked 6″ vanilla or chocolate cake filled and crumb coated with vanilla buttercream and covered with vanilla fondant. You will learn how to adhere “sequins” to a cake, basic airbrushing techniques, and how to make life-like Hydrangea Sugar Flowers.
Ages 8 & up. Sunday February 28th 2016. $140 per participant.
